Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or credit card company again, as there may be some processing time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@thailandadultstore.com.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., sending the wrong or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
